Wonderful house south of the highway in the highly desirable 'lanes' of Amagansett. House has soaring ceilings, large living room with fireplace, French doors to double decks, two masters: one master bedroom with separate entrance and secluded brick patio has outside shower. Laundry room with plenty of room for your computer, printer, etc. is located just off the kitchen. Beautiful wood floors throughout. Hall bathroom has marble top vanity and Carrera marble floor. Absolutely gorgeous L-shaped pool ( 18 x 36' with 8 x 16' L) with brick surround, lounge area and lush pool garden. Walking distance to the heart of charming Amagansett village with its art galleries, restaurants and shops, and walk to Indian Wells ocean beach, an absolutely perfect location! House is beautifully furnished and contains great artwork and antiques and is within walking distance from railroad station and Jitney stop.

Amagansett is a charming town just 4 miles east of East Hampton, filled with art galleries, antique stores, restaurants and shops. Just up the street from our house is Amagansett Square, a very pretty park surrounded by shops, a day spa and an acclaimed restaurant. Stephen Talkhouse, a famous local hangout, has live music and is frequented by locals and celebrities alike. The town is quiet and understated and that's why the people who live here love it so much. That and the ocean, of course, just a stroll away from the house. East Hampton is a short drive away with its five screen movie theater, the site of Hollywood premiers and the Hamptons Film Festival, and the many famous top of the line stores like Tiffany's, Ralph Lauren, London Jewelers, and many fine restaurants. Summer in the Hamptons is a very special time with lots to do!
