Conveniently located at Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea Blvd - about 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The development is very quiet and is shielded from traffic noise. There is a wide variety of shopping, recreation, fine dining and sight-seeing in the area. You will be very close to the Mayo Clinic (3 miles) with easy access to the Loop 101 highway (4 miles). This second floor condo has been completely remodeled. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed as your home away from home. The master bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Two air mattresses are available upon request for additional guests. The full-size washer and dryer is in a spacious laundry room and includes an iron and ironing board. A wide-screen high definition TV, DVD player and stereo system are provided for guests. Cable TV, telephone with free long distance, high-speed Internet WI-FI) are included.

This condo is wonderful. The location is great - convenient to major roads with stores and restaurants near by. The furnishings and linens are first class. A good night of sleep is assured as the complex is super quiet and the beds very comfortable. We spent many enjoyable hours relaxing by the gorgeous pool. The owners are exceptional to work with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.

You cannot go wrong renting this wonderful property from these owners, the property is very nice, well taken care of, quiet and relaxing. Attention to detail was perfect, and the owners made the entire rental process very smooth and easy. We would not hesitate to stay there again, and are already thinking of "next time". Thank you Steve and Pauline for everything, it was a wonderful experience.

Luxurious 2BR/2BA Condo in NE Scottsdale, AZ

The condo was beyond our expectations. The layout was spacious,well appointed, very well decorated and very clean. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.
They provided a well equiped kitchen, Dvd's, books, maps and brochures on local interests. The condo overlooks a beautiful pool, clubhouse, and Barb -B- que. Our beds were very comfy and the complex very quiet so a good nights rest is guaranteed. You will awaken to a sun filled room, birds chirping and wild rabbits in the back yard. Shopping is a treat at the Fashion Mall, Borgata or Kierland Commons. Femme de Paris in the Borgata complex has some unique fashions and the owner will give you a new makeover. We found a great new restaurant in the area...Marco's. It is an Italian family owned business and the pasta is home made. Outside on the patio they have an open fire pit. I would definitely recommend this property.
