The Larach, our 2800 sq.ft. warmly appointed home reminiscent of a Scottish fishing lodge, boasts 200 usable feet of prime North Umpqua River frontage with its own beach, small islands, and 5 acres of outdoor recreation space. Spend your days angling, fly fishing, or floating down the river. Bring your clubs and play at the challenging Myrtle Creek Course only minutes away, or head an hour west to play at the famous Bandon Dunes. While there, rent an ATV for some dune-time or walk the beautiful shores of the wild Oregon Coast. Or, head east on our panoramic highway to view covered bridges, hike magnificent waterfalls, ride horses at Diamond Lake, and explore the mysterious wonders of Crater Lake and Wizard's Island. Best of all, you could just choose to stay at the comfy Larach with your feet up in front of the fire, relaxing on the porch, or chillin' in the shallows. Our home becomes your home - we look forward to your stay!

We pride ourselves on making your stay as homey and comfortable as possible, so feel free to use all amenities but return them to us in good condition. Reported accidental breakage, etc., is appreciated and may minimize any replacement/repair fees. Pets may be considered but will require a substantial additional deposit.

Great Vacation get away!

Kerri, thanks for letting us stay in your very relaxing and well appointed home. My family had an outstanding time and very much enjoyed all aspects of the property from catching tad poles in the river to watching the deer and squirrels play in the yard from the living room window. The kitchen enabled us to enjoy some very big dinners and we used the big dining room to have multible board game nights. We will most definatly be back!

What A Find!

We just stayed this weekend and WOW! This house and property were SO much more beautiful than I thought they would be. The Pictures don't do this place justice!

Everyone including my 3 year old grandson had a great time, there are so many neat things provided at the house including a shovel and pail! =)

I found Kerri SUPER easy to work with and very helpful with any questions we had...Thanks Kerri!!!

It was SO hard to tear myself off the back porch to come home.

Keri & Richard..Thankyou for sharing your most comfortable home! Since I lived in the Roseburg & surrounding areas a few yrs. back, I knew being on the N. Umpqua would be relaxing time. All my family simply enjoyed the home with all it's space & charm. The river of course speaks for itself! Eating @ Illahee Restaurant in Glide always a pleasure. Early morning walks, lovely! I'll be back for sure! Thanks again, Barbara

Relaxing house

This house was beautiful with a wonderful veiw of the river. The beds are so comfy and the TV's are very nice.
The only issues we had was that the side room and bath smelled of mold and the shower head in thesecond bath need to be replaced. But those are two very minor issues and I would stay in this place again in a heart beat.
Owner's Response: These were wonderful, conscientious guests! We're sorry to hear about the mold smell and showerhead - we were unaware of those issues but will attend to them right away for the comfort of our future guests.
