  • Refundable confirmation/security deposit of $700 required for weekly rentals. $1000 deposit for 1 month stay, $2000 deposit for stays of 2 months or more. Payment in full for entire stay is due 10 days prior to arrival. Persons under 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Cleaning fee of $100 per stay is automatically deducted from security deposit.There is optional cleaning for $200 a month. All taxes & fees are included in price for 3 months or more. Lesser rentals will be charge local state tax. Minimum 1 week rentals only. (3 day rentals considered) Additional security deposits required for extended stays.

Visitors staying on Hollywood Beach can catch a scenic ride to and from the Historic Downtown District and the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk aboard a state-of-the-art circulator trolley service. The HOT Express Beach & Downtown Circulator Trolley is designed to provide convenient and inexpensive transportation for hotel guests and residents eager to explore the Central Beach Business District and the Historic Downtown.

The HOT Express runs four days a week: Thursday and Friday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Saturday, 12 noon to 1 a.m.; and Sunday, 12 noon to 9 p.m. The roundtrip fare is $1 for adults and accompanied children under 12 ride free. The service will operate from December 13, 2007 through April 27, 2008. Each air-conditioned trolley features a hospitality greeter who informs riders about dining, entertainment, attractions, special events and historical points of interest in Hollywood. Trolley maps & schedules are available at most Hollywood Beach hotels. Download trolley map & schedule. Trolleys are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to accommodate all riders, including those in wheelchairs. Strollers are permitted, but must be folded prior to boarding. The place was nice with new appliances.
There were two nice bedrooms and two futons.
One of the futons wasn't very comfortable at all.
The place also had a smell to it.
The bathroom was nice with newly a replaced sink.
It was easy to find which was attached to a building with about 5 rooms.
There were two rows of buildings with this format.
If the smell was taken care of and the futons were more comfortable, I would highly recommend staying here.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
