This Is a Beautiful Tri-level house.Beautiful. 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 2 car garage.Vaulted ceilings downstairs and upstairs, Step down into a den with a pool table and big screen TV. Enjoy the large kitchen with the country style table or the dining room with the high top table. the home has a large yard with a fenced in pool and covered patio, also has a washer and dryer!! 2 of the bedrooms are located downstairs and 3 are located upstairs.This is truly a great home and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

This Beautiful home is located in The Val Vista Lake Community in Gilbert, AZ which is just outside of Phoenix; about a 20 minute drive from the airport. Close to the 10, 60, 101 and 202 freeways. Dining, Shopping, Fishing, Stadiums, Theaters, Golfing, Horseback riding, Churches, Biking and Parks nearby. Downtown Tempe and Scottsdale only minutes away! Starbucks and a Grocery Store Very Close!

  • A $500.00 ( Refundable) Damage Security Deposit is Required in Addition to the stated rated and is refundable within 2-5 days after departure, once we verify that the terms and conditions of the home have been adhered to.

    There is a non Refundable Cleaning Fee of $150.00

    50% of Total rental fees are required at booking and the remaining is required (10) days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than (14) days prior to arrival than total amount is due and payable at time of booking
    payments Accepted is : Visa , Mastercards , PayPal, Check or Money orders .
    If Paying by Check or Money Order Payment must be received 20 days prior to Arrival to allow sufficient time for payment to clear our bank before arrival.
  • No Smoking Allowed
    Weekly rate is for 7 Nights. Check- in time 1PM on day of arrival and Check- out time is 12pm on day of departure. Please contact us if other arrangements are requested

Be Careful!!!

Stayed in this house in March of 2008. Pool was dirty and hadn't been cleaned so we tried to contact owner to no avail. Spent own money to get it fixed, which owner refused to reimburse. Even after fixing, the pool didn't clear in time and we had VERY upset kids. We ended up going to the Pointe Hilton Resort for last night so the kids could swim. Owner also charged us for previously damaged contents and took months to refund (partial) deposit. We accepted it just to get some of our money back.

Pay with a credit card to protect yourself if you choose to stay at ths house.

While the home itself was nice, but not spectacular, I would not rent from this owner/manager or stay in this house again.
