Experience some of the best skiing & golfing in the east from this newly built ski-in, ski-out modern 3 floor townhouse. Enjoy views of Sugarloaf Mountain to the west or grill on the large deck with panoramic views of the Bigelow Mountain range. This 4 season resort area also offers hunting, fishing, boating & hiking on the Appalachian Trail. The lower level has a full bathroom, washer & dryer and rec room. Sit back and relax on the sectional couch with a pull out full-sized sleeper. Watch a movie on the flat screen TV or play Foosball or darts in the gaming area. The main floor is open & spacious with a modern kitchen, dining area and living room. Sit by the gas fireplace or enjoy the views from each end of the room. Granite counter tops and Bosch gas range make this a chef's retreat. There is 1/2 bath on this floor. The 3rd floor has a master bedroom suite with full bath. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other has a full size bed. They share a full bathroom.

We really enjoyed the comfort and amenities that this beautiful condo offered. We enjoyed the games room with the kids. It is very quiet and peaceful. The views of the mountains from the picture windows were stunning. Great kitchen with everything you need. It is close to the Snubber Chair and shuttle stop.

Beautiful condo

Our family really enjoyed the stay here. The condo is new, well furnished and supplied and the owner is very nice to work with. It is a very short (1 minute) walk to the snubber trail as well as easy access to the x-country trails. Quiet at night.
