My oldest took over the family room upstairs and enjoyed having his own space. I liked the fact that the master bdrm was quiet with the fan overhead from the rest of the place. I like to sleep in a bit and it was perfect. My friend was impressed with the kitchen and the upscale provisions. I loved having the washer and dryer in the place as I think we managed to throw in a load each day and came home with clean clothes. (that is great for me being a working Mom). The grounds are gorgeous and your neighbors were all kind and helpful. We had fun sitting in the hot tubs with them as they shared their beer and talked of the many great things to see and do on the island. We also found it easy to find our way around the island.

Thanks so much for all your help and all the suggestions you made prior to our arrival. It was a nice touch to receive your call during our stay to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. My family and a group of friend spent the weekend at hector Place at aquatika and had an amazing time.
The apartment was very spacious and enough room for all of us. We were5 adults and 7kids.I can say everything was just what we hoped of more. The rooms were comfortable. The terrace was great it had a big BBQ and some sitting. The kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer came in handy with the kids. I can´t wait to return.

This place was great to stay. Everything was close by, so you didn't have to travel far to get to store and restaurants..I recommend this place to all of my friends....

hector is a delightful, honest and extremely good host. he made us feel welcome and at home. the place was airy and open. the view and the property fantastic. It was an extremely relaxing place to stay with a nice clean property. i would reccommend hector and his place for a wonderful vacation at a great price.

Puerto Rico 2009 - One for the Books

9 of us traveled to Puerto Rico for my birthday during mid-march. We are all well traveled and tend to stay in high-end hotels. I work for a travel company and usually get great rates from work. This time, we decided to take a different route and rent an apartment. There was a lot of hesitation within our group as none of us had done this before. From the first e-mail I sent to Hector, until the last one I received today, EVERYTHING went smoothly. He is an unbelievably nice person and very understanding. His property is beautiful. It is fully furnished and he has invested heavily into the amenities. From the kitchenware, to the towels and bed sheets, even the grill and general decorations, it is clear that Hector takes pride in his apartment. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a worry-free vacation. Aquatica itself is wonderful and the grounds are well kept. Loiza is in the middle of everything it seems. I strongly recommend that you rent a car. If you get a chance, stop-in at the Water Front restaurant on 187 east of Aquatica and say hi to Sam! The food is great and he shares similar customer service values as Hector. You have to hike the El Yunque rainforest. The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh. Make sure you take time to go to multiple beaches in Puerto Rico, there are several great ones. The best one was about 5 minutes from Hector’s property in 187. It is a local hang-out but extremely beautiful and untouched by commerece. This was hands-down the best vacation any of us have had and Hector was a big part of it.

We arrived Feb 22 after departing a cruise ship and where
met at Aquatika by Hector . He was very helpfull in getting
us aqainted with his property and the surrounding complex. We found its location is perfect for doing some
sightseeing , gambling (about 20 mins away ) and off
course our little peace of America ( Walmart ) where
we did our grocery shopping etc . The town of Loiza doesnt
offer a lot for the tourist , it does have several gas stations
a pharmacy , clinic and lots of small resturants .
We felt very comfortable and safe at aquatika and enjoyed
the peacefull surroundings , plenty of pools , and especially sitting out at night on Hector' s roof terrace ..
Although our group was 6 adults ,this is a great place for
familys as well ..Thanks Hector we had a great time ..
