Our home, full of original character and warmth is 2400 + square feet of open and social space ideal for family and friends. Beautiful hard wood floors, wall color, and import furnishings. Full amenities including 42 inch flat screen TV with hi-def and movie channels, wifi Internet, fully stocked huge kitchen with granite countertops and travertine floor including a large eating bar, there is also a wet bar. The home is totally complete with all linens and giant pool towels. Our large back yard is all patio and pool privately secluded by fence and mature vegetation to sunbath and swim in complete seclusion. Full table & chairs as well as lounge chairs for the pool including a huge gas BBQ. The upper deck has a beautiful roll-out awning to cover you from the sun while enjoying the view. Our home is unique, beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful located in a quiet secluded neighborhood and convenient to everything the city has to offer. You will not be disappointed.

We are very centrally located and convenient to everything Las Vegas has to offer, we are situated in a truly HASSLE FREE LOCATION. Once in the home you will never know you are this close to the Strip. Quiet, peaceful, private and close to everything yet far enough away to escape when you need a break.

Rental Rates & general information: Our rates are based upon the number of guests staying in the home however; slightly. We ask for one half of the total rental fee up front to secure your dates and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. We generally send an email reminder alerting you that final payment is due. Our mid week rates start at $160-200 per night and $200-300 on weekends. Our weekly rates vary from $1000- 1350. Please inquire with regard to monthly or long term rates. We require a $125-150 cleaning fee as well as a $350-500 security deposit. Our rates and deposit may be slightly higher in middle summer due to very high cooling and energy costs in Nevada. We do not have hidden fees for heating the pool or cooling the house, the price we quote is the final rate. We are here to please you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Should like to request additional amenities or special services please don't hesitate to ask.

Our Home: We are the owner/operators of the home and actually live in the same neighborhood. We are not a rental agency or real estate management company. We have taken great care and pride in remodeling our home with quality materials and furnishings to make it unique, original, and comfortable. Absolutely immaculately presented house in a perfect location. Ten minutes from The Strip by car yet peaceful and private enough to get away from the ring of the machines and the roar of the crowd. Tastefully decorated and exceptionally well thought out with every possible need catered for. Comfortable and spacious with a superb pool and patio area. The owner's listing description is spot on and I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It was clean, well maintained and had excellent customer service. You won't find better!

Thank you for your confidence in us, we realize there are a multitude of homes to chose from here in Las Vegas however; we try to isolate ourselves from the pack with an original home, decor, amenities and service. Double Down Desert House Review

My family had a wonderful experience at the Double Down Desert House. It was exactly what it was sold to be, the family room had a convenient sliding glass entry to the patio and pool area; the rooms were comfy and made you feel at home. The owner went out of his way to help us when we needed a printer cable. The location gave us quick access to the Vegas strip, but it was far enough away that we had peace and quiet in the evening (or early morning :)). Everything was great.

A vacation house is a nice refuge from the hustle and bustle of the large casino hotels; where you can't find a lounge chair to enjoy the pool or have to spend a part of your retirement money just to buy a meal. We've been spoiled and will not go back.

What a great house for a family get-together! There were 18 in all who stayed in different locations, but everyone wanted to spend the day at this house because of the comfort and convenience. The pool area was great and the whole house exceeded our expectations.
If anyone is looking to rent a house in Las Vegas, this is it!

The only way to do Vegas!

My 4 friends and I recently returned from four amazing days in Vegas, and this house was one of the main reasons. Upon arrival it was impossible to tell that there were guests that had just checked out hours earlier - the place was spotless. The private pool is flanked by plenty of sun-drenched patio space for all of us to catch some rays. And when we were ready to go out and experience some of the famed Vegas nightlife, the strip was just a few minutes away. We can't wait to stay here again on our next visit!
