You don't need to walk far, just out your front door around the corner and a 3 minute walk to the most popular beach in all of the Mayan Riviera - Mamitas Beach. Walk no more than a few steps in the other direction and find yourself on Fifth avenue with all its shops, restaurants and glamor Playa del Carmen has to offer. Penthouse Riviera is tastefully and completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable furnishings make you feel at home and you may never want to leave. This Penthouse has a spacious balcony overlooking Fifth Ave. where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee and watch the beach goers go by. Or you may prefer to go up to your private Solarium catch the morning sun while enjoying the view of the Caribbean Sea and a glimpse of Cozumel.
