If you like a charming getaway with central location and the extra luxuries, then check this unit! New flat panel tvs! Brand new plush towels and extra soft sheets, New sofa and chair to enjoy after a day of play on the white sands! The Gulfview condo is on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. With private gated beach access, the sugar white sands are a just short walk from our ground floor condominium. There is a private beach entrance just for Gulfview guests with chair service available during high season. Sidewalks are great for your walking, jogging, or bicycling exercise. Pompano Joe's is 1/2 mile east of us and Capt Dave's is within walking distance. The shopping outlets and other shopping and entertainment areas are a short drive. Movies, shopping, golf, water park, water sports are all convenient amenities. The condo is in a small complex (only 3 stories) and has 2 pools, hot tub, grills, and on site laundry facilities.

My sis in law, 16 year old daughter, her friend and I all stayed at the ondo for a girls weekend for my daughter's sweet 16 in Sept. It was great and was just like the pictures. The condo was very clean and the keypad check in is awesome since we did not get there till midnight for check in. We had a great time. The beach was beautiful and there are many attractions near by. We enjoyed having 2 pools so we could night swim without alot of company. I would suggest this condo to anyone families with kids, girls weekend away etc. It was nice to have plenty of mirrors since there was 4 of us ladies that had to get ready to go places. The only downside we had was not enough places to hang wet towels but we still managed it. Can't wait till we can make another trip to this condo and some more beach fun!

My family and I stayed here for two nights. The beach was directly across the street. It was conviently located to a few restaurants that had limited parking, we were able to walk along the beach to reach the restaurants and not have to worry about parking. The owner was extremely nice, they even mailed us my little girls' "Bitty Baby" that got left behind. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will definitely go back and have already recommended this condo to our friends.

Wow! The condo looks exactly like the pictures, and the private beach access is perfect! When we had a minor issue come up (not enough toilet paper), the problem was resolved immediately. Even when the power went out (in the city block) due to thunderstorms, the issue was fixed in under two hours. My husband and I were thrilled with the master bedroom; my goddaughter adored the bunk beds. The location is close to everything including excellent restaurants, grocery store/drug store/etc, and the local mall (i.e, "The Commons"). Would we recommend it to our friends? YOU BETCHA!!

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION

We recently got back from this condo for our family vacation and we had an amazing time!!! We loved everything about it - the location, the beach, the pools, EVERYTHING! With two little ones it was spacious and the location from the beach was perfect! Hope to come back again!

We spent six nights (Aug23-29-2008) in this condo and loved every minute of our stay. Great condo---Great Location. Everything we needed was furnished and it was like staying in our home away from home. The beach is just across the street and the pool is less that seventy-five feet from the front door. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with a family of six or less that will be visiting the Destin area. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE ANYWHERE. The owners of this condo (Debbie & Marjean) were great to work with and both are real Georgia peaches.....YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST OF US----WE WILL BE BACK. Thank You.
