St. Augustine Beach holiday condo

Spent our holidays here in august 2009, there is really not more to say than that e v e r y t h i n g was all right. The area, the beach and last but indeed not least the condo. All a stressed pair of parent needed was inside, the outside did the best for all of us to relax and enjoy. Ever again, without doubt.
Wir haben hier unsere Ferien 2009 verbracht. Die location wie auch das appartement sind für einen Familienurlaub hervorragend geeignet. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten. St. Augustine und der Strand sind ruhig und ausserordentlich erholsam, im Vergleich zum süd-östllichen Florida. Organisation und Abrechnung ohne Probleme. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This condo lived up to everything that was promised and that we expected. The rental process was a smooth and confidence building one with rapid responses from Patty to any questions that arose. The key was waiting for us as promised and with the front door only steps from the covered parking, it was very easy to unload our own things as well as the paraphernalia that comes from traveling with a dog. The unit is very clean, well cared for, and comfortable to live in. The beach vehicle pass that they leave on the counter for guests to use enabled us to quickly take an enjoyable drive down the beach in our SUV. We were in the area to attend a wedding, and on one of the days we invited the bride, groom, and parents of the groom over for a barbecue.....and they too were extremly impressed with how we were "living" compared to the facilities that they had selected. We would certainly consider staying here again if we make another trip to St Augustine and the unit is available. Our security deposit and pet deposit fee were returned to us promptly following our return home.

While it is a bit of a walk to the beach, (walking is always good exercise) the condo was great. Well appointed and clean. There was no blender for frozen drinks but we were able to borrow one. Lots of pools and hot tubs in the complex to choose from. We had an issue with the grill but Dick Arnold came right over and made accomidations for us until he could get a new one installed. He was more than helpful and VERY easy to reach. Patty made sure we could get in a little early on Saturday as well. This was very much appreciated as it really gives you an extra day. We will recommend it to others and stay there again. Thanks for a great vacation.
