Located directly on the gulf side of Perdido Key. This luxurious, gulf side condo offers all the comforts of home with many amenities. Our 17th floor unit offers 3/2, full kitchen, walk-in laundry room with full size washer/dryer, ceramic tile throughout unit with carpet in bedrooms, granite counters in kitchen, wet bar, and master bath. Master bath features 2 person jetted tub with separate walk-in shower. Complex offers fully equipped fitness room with pool/gulf view, business center with internet access, dvd rental, seasonally heated swimming pool, lap pool, jacuzzi, all located on the beach side. Tennis courts and additional parking located across the street. Relax on our spacious porch and watch the sunset, the best view in Perdido Key. Minutes away from NAS Pensacola and the Naval Air Museum. Super Walmart located five miles away.

Condo was perfect!!

My family and I recently rented this condo for the weekend to attend a family members wedding. The unit was just as we expected from the pictures online. Very spacious and extremely clean. The condo's sign was not easily visible from the road, but we found it after turning around once! :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have definitely filed the info away to use again. Owner was more than excellent to work with.

We loved the condo! Beautifully decorated, with large spacious rooms and what a view! So easy to park and get in to the room without any hassles. I recommend this condo highly. The sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach are so UNFORGETTABLE...it was wonderful. Being on the 17th floor gave us a view we loved. We found plenty to do in the surrounding areas too. I will go back, and Lela, thank you for being so gracious to share your place!

WOW, what an excellent vacation we had. The condo is absolutely beautiful and provides all the comforts of home. The view is wonderful, the beach is prestine, the amenities are great... shall I say more. Can't wait to book again next year.
