Welcome to Unit 314 at the Sandcastles Resort!...Part of the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family. Sandcastles Unit 314 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. This immaculate 1,300 square foot, south facing condo is both spacious and clean. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a double and twin bed (there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room). The unit was recently renovated, and now offers many unique features such as: 1. A New 42 inch plasma TV 2. Free wireless internet 3. Free long distance telephone calling 4. Private balcony with view of the Ocean 5. And much more The Sandcastles complex itself is one of the best condominium buildings in the area, and offers the following: 1. Heated pool and spa 2. We spent 3 great weeks in this condo to get some sunshine before the german winter starts. Everything which we needed for a pleasant stay was there. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We will surely plan our next vacation very soon as we liked it so much. The condo complex is very well maintained, clean and protected. The easy beach access is just great. We will surely come back !

Our time at Cocoa Beach was excellent the apartment was everything it said it was and more, Very clean and well kept. Everyone we met was very freindly. We were prepared to go shopping for beach supplies but everything was provided, our granddaughter had a blast with the bucket and shovel and looking for shells. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable unit, with everything you need. Nicely decorated and furnished, including the large screen TV. This is our third year in a Groff family condo, and we plan to keep coming back.

The location was great. The pool and private access was extremely nice. We really appreciated the family and pet friendly atmosphere. However, the condo was not immaculate. There were multiple stains on the carpet. The exhaust fan in the guest bathroom did not work. Overall the condo did not appear to be recently renovated.

This unit filled my expectations and more! The place is very roomy the pool is always empty and quiet and the beach is beautiful and just steps away, the unit had everything you need including books and puzzles,beach chairs and boogie boards for the waves, the wireless feature was great since we took our WII and our laptop, the TV is great and my husband enjoyed watching the EURO Cup on it. I would rent this unit again no question about it.
