My family of five ( three teenage children) stayed here in August and had a thoroughly good time.

The house is very comfortable, clean and spacious the garden is big enough for all and would be a great venue for a family party.

Brian, the landlord is very friendly and accommodating and will supply anything you need.

Only ten minutes drive from the airport and the strip (traffic permitting!) but you'd never know, the location is so quiet.

We would definitely love to make a return visit someday!

Very Nice quiet neighborhood

All i can say is if you planning on going to vegas to relax or having an event such as bday party,reunion or simply get together this is a great place to stay. Huge backyard with very nice pool is perfect for entertaining. Brian the owner also was very accomodating with your needs. The only thing is Brian you should get nicer pictures than what you have right now on this page since the property is way nicer than it looks. Highly reccomended and already told a lot of people.
Close to airport, Strip and Wallmart and other shops and restaurant.
Compared at staying at a hotel, pool does not close at 10PM at 90 degrees temp at night???? PERFECT!!!!!

A fabulous home base

We loved staying at the Vegas Oasis! Six of us stayed at the house for two weeks, using it as our home base while we explored Vegas and the surrounding areas in Nevada, Utah, Arizona and California.
The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were excellent. We loved relaxing in the spa after a day of walking the strip or kayaking the Colorado River.
The location of the house is really convenient. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. It was only a 10 minute drive to the airport (although the down side of that is that we did hear the planes occasionally). It was an easy 10 minute drive to the strip (we had no problems with traffic), and was also close to the highway, making it easy to get out of town for sight-seeing.
The owner was great to deal with, and promptly addressed the few issues that we had.
If you are not American, be sure to get the US included on your cell phone plan before you rent this house. There is no phone in the house, so we ended up paying very large roaming charges for local calls on our cell phones. I can easily see how the owner would have problems with renters racking up huge phone bills, but I wish that we had known about this before we arrived.
This was our first experience of renting a house, and we loved it! We are hooked on house rentals, and would certainly return to this house again!

Great place for families.

My husband and our five children stayed here for a week in May. We found the house to be clean and the landlord was lovely and accomodating. We would certainly return on our future visits.
