Located in the quaint town of Winter Haven, FL. that boasts many popular restaurants such as Red Lobster, Carrabba's, Longhorn Steakhouse, and many more. Close to grocery stores, shopping and entertainment, surrounded by lakes and natural beauty. This is the perfect getaway for the boating, fishing, and golfing enthusiast. Washer and Dryer in unit and all utilities included! 1 carport and an extra space directly in front. The clubhouse offers a heated pool, activities and games for your enjoyment. Just bring your clothes and unwind! Minimum of 90 day stay. Detroit Tigers practice facility less than 18 miles from property!
