Artist's Charming Beach House. Fully furnished, fully equipped, turnkey. Four Bedroom, Two Bathrooms with shower/bath combo. Three reception rooms. Living Room with fireplace. Dining Room. Office space or den with Internet . Remodeled fully equipped kitchen. Two story house, with sun deck on third level, with table and chairs. Pretty lush foliage courtyard in back with barbecue, table and benches. Garden with screened pond in front. Added bonus: Behind fence,shared roof garden four stories up on duplex with Jacuzzi and great views of the city of LA and Santa Monica. Recently remodeled this house is in excellent condition, very cozy yet spacious at the same time . approximately 2,000 square foot house. Hardwood floors living room, dining room, hallway and two bedrooms on the first level. Mexican tile floors in kitchen. Plus carpet in 2 bedrooms upstairs. Laundry room.

Just 2 blocks from popular Main St. with restaurants clubs bars clothing shops etc. Venice boardwalk is 10 mins walk, 3rd St. promenade & pier are couple mins drive. 5 min walk to the beach. Great neighborhood & very close to many of main business spots. Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air etc . . . It's very cozy yet spacious at the same time, 1,800 sq ft. Hardwood floors through living room dining room hallway & 2 bedrooms on 1st level. Mexican tile floors in kitchen & office/den space. 2nd floor features a soft plush carpet. Master bedroom has personal balcony upstairs.

Living Room with fireplace 400 channel cable TV flat screen. All bedrooms with bed covers and sheets, 3 with TVs full channel connect. 2 queen beds, 2 double beds. 2 futon couches that fold down to make 2 more beds in den and front room. Kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, filtered water, sink and separate bar sink, dishes, pots, cutlery, cups, glasses etc. Office space or den with Internet connect, and wireless Internet connect. Barbecue. Laundry room in back. Roof garden with Jacuzzi.

Activities: This house is in an excellent location, just two blocks from popular Main. St. with restaurants, clubs, bars, clothing shops, farmers market and more. Venice boardwalk is 10 minutes walk and 3rd street promenade and pier are only a couple minutes drive. Only a Five-minute walk to the beach. On the beach, a walk, cycle, roller-skate path from Newport beach to Malibu. Great neighborhood and very close to many of the main business spots as well. Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air etc . . . Hiking, horseback riding in the Santa Monica mountains.

Golf: There is a golf course approximately 5 minutes East of the house

Overall we were very pleased with this house.

Positives; This house matches the description well. The property manager lives next door and is very friendly and helpful. The house is clean, spacious, light, well equiped and full of character. The garden is well planted and gives privacy. The neighbourhood is quiet, residential and feels perfectly safe. We went in Oct/Nov and the weather was perfect for Brits without use of the heating or a/c so can't speak for how well they work. The owner was flexible with our arrival and departure time which was very helpful. Parking on the road was no problem. The property is on the border of Santa Monica and Venice which worked very well for us.

Negatives; not many really, the flip side of the house being full of character is that it is not new so if you are used to big modern hotels and like everything to be pristine and new, then be aware that this is a house that has been lived in. This suited us just fine - it is like our house!

Overall; I would recommend this house and would stay there again.
