The summer holiday rental lodge is in our very large garden on a lane nestling in the middle of the vineyards and the views are of the small village of Neffies, the hills and the vines. It is very peaceful & private with just the sound of the birds for company. Set in the countryside, the nearest beach is just 20 mins away. There is a good marked walk right outside our gate. The lodge is a few steps from the large fenced pool & is next to a boulle court, patio with sunbeds, barbecue &. large covered terrace with table and chairs. Ideal for self catering it has patio doors leading to an open plan, cathedral ceiling sitting/dining room. The modern fully fitted kitchen is open plan from the dining area. The front door leads to the covered terrace with steps down to the patio. The fully tiled shower room with enclosed shower, toilet, wash basin & washing machine. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds & the 3rd bedroom suitable for children has 2 single bed

There is also a large covered terrace with table & chairs.There is a ground floor rear twin-bedded room. A double bedded room & a mezzanine bedroom (2 single beds low ceiling – ideal for children). The lodge has patio doors which lead to an open plan, cathedral ceiling sitting/dining room. The kitchen is open plan from the dining area & is a country style, white, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The front door leads to the covered terrace with steps down to the patio barbecue.The shower room is fully tiled and has an enclosed shower, toilet, washbasin & washing machine.
