It is located on the site of the former Biltmore Hotel, which was famous for attracting Hollywood celebrities, including Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack. The property was purchased in 2003, and the new homes were completed in 2005 and 2006.

The condo at the Biltmore was amazing! It's beautifully furnished, well stocked, and very clean. We stayed for 5 nights; I met more friendly neighbors there than at my community of 4 years. The owner and property rental staff are very easy to deal with and are incredibly accommodating. The Community center is unbelievable. Heated pool, jacuzzi, huge grill, fridge, and even a dishwasher. We had a few BBQ s during our stay.The Grocery store is right down the street 2 minute drive. Elmer's Diner is a quick walk outside the community. Downtown is a 5 min drive, 20 min to El Paseo, less than 10 min to airport. We would highly recommend this property regretfully though because that lessens the availability for our next stay.
