Hollywood Beach holiday condo

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation. The place is so convenient, all what is required is available, clean and spacious. The location is ideal as well as close to so many attractions, no time to get bored. And the owner is very helpful, answers all inquiries so quickly. We had a really fun, relaxing vacation:)

We just returned for a week in this condo. We were impressed from the moment we stepped into the building. The pool woas great . We did not use the exercise room but it had a tv and alot of equipment. There was ample parking as well as a valet. The employees were very friendly.
The laundry areas on each floor were easy to use. We never had to wait for a washer or dryer.
The condo was spotless. The kitchen was beautiful as well as the bathrooms. There were planty of extra sheets and towels too. There was plenty of closet room too.
We loved sitting on the balcony. The view was great. There is a little beachside cafe next to the condo . We had lunch there one day.
The beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen to cook but there was plenty of items to prepare a meal.
Our teeenage daughter loved the condo too. She wants to go back again next year!
we rented lounge chairs and an umbrella at the beach. It was worth it not to carry a bunch of stuff to the beach everyday. The water was clear aqua. The people watching on the beach was our favorite part of the vacation!
We also went to the Hard Rock Casino, South Beach, Sawgrass Mills Outlets (if you are a shopper go here!)The Hollywood Broadwalk and numerous restaurants.
Nancy the owner was very accomodating. I emailed/inquired about 15 properties on this website (Home Away). I chose this condo because Nancy was very quick in answering all my questions. I received my deposit back the day after I left.
If you are looking for a super clean condo, in a beautiful building with great views, in a great location, for a great price, then look no more, stay here!

Hi, me and my family stayed at this Hollywood beach building and had a great time. All the staff members were very nice, from security to the front door man. It was a great stay. Beach is about 30 sec. walking distance, the pool is right in the back, and a nice work out gym as well. And the shopping area is 2 minutes driving.
