Hermosa Beach is a quiet beach community located just off the coastal road that runs north - south along the Central Pacific Coast. It is just five miles south of the resort town of Jaco, which has a number of fine restaurants, clubs, a supermarket, and shopping. Hermosa Beach is a world class surfing beach but still family friendly. Just north of Jaco is the Marriott Los Suenos Resort and Marina, which offers a golf course and charter fishing. Approximately 45 minutes south of Hermosa Beach is the town of Quepos and the Manuel Antonio National Park.
