This Property is 22 miles from Woodstock Village and 35 miles from Montpelier Vermont, the nation's smallest capital city. Vermont's law school in South Royalton is 5 miles down the road. Barnard Country Store & Silver Lake are 10 miles. For skiing: Suicide Six is 20 miles, Killington is 30 miles. and Stowe, 45 miles. The city of Burlington on Lake Champlain's shore is one hour away. The house has 2.5 bedrooms and sleeps 5-8 people. There are many acres of fields and forest for walking or XC skiing. Our kids sled for many hours in the winter and swim in a nearby river in the summer. There are many local farmers markets in the summer and fall and Antique shops to explore year round.

This 1860 farmhouse sits at the base of a red pine hill looking out across fields to woodlands. There is a picnic spot on top of the hill with panoramic views. The 86 acres of fields and woodlands provide plenty of space for walks and XC skiing. There is a river near by for swimming, fishing and tubing. Located between Bethel center and South Royalton center there are several antique shops, grocery shops and places for the family to eat out. The house is open and spacious with a view at every window.
