We stayed here with 10 people. The house is located right on the beach and was perfect as we could sit on the deck and watch the kids in the ocean.

The rental details are a bit misleading as there are four bedrooms , four baths listed and then the mother in law quarters. However, the mother in law quarters are included in the bathroom and bedroom count.

The cleanliness of the house left something to be desired. We were told we could get in during the morning but were actually unable to enter until 5:00 as the house had not been cleaned since the last stay.

There a multiple remotes for each TV set up which are tough to figure out.

There are some upkeeps to the house that should be done but having the location it did helped look past anything that wasn't quite right.

I would not recommend this house until it has been cleaned from top to bottom...including the dishes and all kitchen appliances.

Wonderful location with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. There was more than enough room for all of us. We had four children under the age of three, one set of grandparents, and three couples. The beds were all very comfortable, plenty of linens and towels were provided, and we never ran out of hot water!

We did have some questions regarding the grill, the security system, and the proper use of the TV and when we left messages to the contact person our calls were not returned.

Despite the lack of communication I would return because of the wonderful location and the spacious accomodations.
