This 3-level home is located directly across the street from Lake Towamensing and all its amenities: beach, pool, lake, playground, tennis courts, clubhouse and restaurant. This spacious, modern home was renovated in 2008 to include a new game room and 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a step-up jacuzzi. Four additional bedrooms include two with queen beds and two with double beds. Additional space includes a loft with a queen size sleep sofa, a spacious living room with a queen-size pullout sleeper (located on the main level) and a double size pull out sleeper on the first level. There are three full bathrooms, two gas fireplaces, and ceiling fans. Also-dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove, washer/dryer and cable tv. The game room includes a flat screen tv, pool table, dart board and wet bar. There are 4 outside decks. Direct views of the lake and clubhouse can be seen from all floors of the house. Please note: linens and towels are not provided.

Lake Towamensing is stocked for fishing (license required), and paddle boats and rowboats are available to rent. The lake association only allows us to have 8 badges for the amenities. Towamensing Trails is just a short drive to Pocono Raceway, Bushkill Falls, Historic Jim Thorpe, The Crossings Premium Outlets. 3 golf courses within a 10 mile radius. Paintball, horseback riding, rafting, and waterparks are nearby. Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski areas are just ten minutes away on Route 903. Camelback ski area is approximately 30 minutes away. Movie theatre located in Split Rick Resort-6 miles away. Penns Peak live entertainment and restaurant is 15 minutes away. Mohegan Sun Casino at Pocono Downs is just 30 minutes away. Mount Airy Casino, Mt. Pocono, PA - 30 minutes away. Renters must be 21 years old to sign lease

2010 Ski Season: The lake view house is just minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski slopes. It has been a magnificent winter here in the Poconos for skiing, snowboarding and tubing.

2010 Summer Season: The repairs will be finished to our dam, so our beautiful lake will be filled by the summer season.
