New gated community within 3 minutes of Disney attractions. Only one Mile. Also nearby is the town of Celebration. Luxury corner townhouse NEW full furniture. KISSIMMEE FL Includes:TV Cable, Nintendo. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Full size washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and living room have TVs. (master bedroom has LCD Flat TV, and living room has DVD player and Nintendo.) There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with extra large cabinets a full size fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. The community pool is in walking distance. Many local shops restaurants and grocery stores nearby (Wal-Mart, Publix, Walgreens) & Disney Attractions. Tambien hablamos Español, Llamenos para mas informacion.

Thanks you Jaun & Maria, Your place was just as described. It was beautiful, Great location, literally 5 mintues from Disney and clean.And quiet at night. Close to great stores and restaruants. My family really enjoyed our stay. Also you gave a great price. No one could beat it. Thanks for getting our security deposit back to us in a timely matter. You guys are just wonderful. I will be back and I am singing your praises to all my friends.

Family Disney Townhouse

It was a wonderful experience. The townhouse is locate to a mile from Disney parks. The townhouse is very clean and very well maintained. The place is very safe and nice. The property owner is very nice and very kind, they will assist you in anything you need. There are all kind of restaurants very near to the townhouse. I will definately recomend this property to anyone. I had a great Christmas with my family and I am looking forward for next year too.

Wonderful stay at Kissimmee

The location corresponds totally to the description on the site HomeAway: very clean, well maintained, ...
It is very near all the amusement parks in Orlando and very well located. A lot af restaurants and a supermarket near the house are practical and useful with children.
The owner provides information and remains available during all our stay.
We appreciate our stay very much and will keep a very good memory of our stay in Florida. Thanks !
