This is The One

Do not hesitate to rent this lovely home.
Eric, the owner, lives close by and is there for any advice, if there is a problem, or just to sit had have a cup of tea with. It faces south so the sun rises on the left and sets on the right, in such a spectacular manner it became a nightly task to watch it from the balcony Margahritta in hand.
There are two restaurants you can walk to, honestly just three minutes, one Italian (Sapporito) and one funky Caribbean (The Real Macaw), great to have a drink with your meal and not have to drive home.
The beds are comfortable, furniture is comfortable, huge TV with dvd/video, Ipod player, loads of fluffy towels, even dressing gowns, soaps, washing powder, paper products, table tennis, pool table, x-box, putting green, attractive gardens, etc.,etc., all perfectly clean and cared for.
You are in East Naples which is mostly undeveloped as far as tourist accommodation is concerned, so you are in what is really a residential area with folks just going about their business quietly. We have stayed in other areas where there are lots of rentals and there you are likely to end up next door to a stag or hen party. You are 5 minutes drive from Downtown, the restaurants, the Historic Area, beach and pier.
Eric works really hard to ensure there is everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. He even bought us a tea-pot. Us Brits must have our tea!
We stayed for 4 weeks January 2009.
