If you ever wanted to be on Lake Champlain but not too far away from from other destinations such as Montreal or Burlington, this is your choice. This is a very private getaway house and you will relax. Please bring extra towels and if needed your favorite cooking pans and bowls.

Peaceful retreat on Lake Champlain

We rented this property 4th of July weekend. Although the weather wasn't great, we had a wonderful time enjoying this fantastic property. The spacious home is situated right on the lake. You can enjoy views from the living room, bedrooms or large deck. The house and land are in great condition (carpets seemed new, beautiful landscaping, new gas grill). The wi-fi is an extra perk we appreciated. The fishing access is 1 mile from the property for anyone who plans to boat, sail, kayak, etc. There is also a great deli about 5 miles away- the Dam Store located on Rt. 7 in Milton. The rental is a great value for the price. We highly recommend it!

We loved our week in Vermont at this excellent winter vacation property. It was spacious, clean,and right on the lake. This is a great place that we would recommend to anyone. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a breathtaking view of the lake. We could have used more towels and few more pots and pans, but overall our experience was superb, and we would rent this property again without hesitation. Ask for detailed directions before you come because it is secluded and well off the beaten path which added to its charm for us!
