This recently completed 3-story Ft. Lauderdale townhome with private boat dock is located on the intercoastal just a short walk to the beach. With 3 large bedrooms and 3 1/2 luxury baths, it can easily accommodate 8 people. The first floor offers a lovely open floor plan with marble floors throughout and includes the living room with hi-definition TV and surround sound, dining room and gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler. Sliding glass doors off the living room lead you to your own private oasis featuring a sparkling heated pool and beautful, lush landscaping. The second and third floors of this luxury Ft. Great Place - worth every penny

We rented this property for 10 days in late August 2009. We were a family of four, my wife and I and our two teenage children.

We loved the property, its location and its amenities. The property is two blocks from a sandy, quiet and well maintained beach and the private pool is definitely a plus if you don't want to walk to the beach to take a swim, as well as to cool off at various times during the day.

The kitchen is state of the art and the furniture, while simple, are upscale and in very good condition.

The house is well-equipped and everything that is needed or useful to make your stay pleasant is included.

On top, the owner is nice and accomodating.

We will definitely consider this house for future vacantions in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Here is my review.

"Great spacious new townhouse. Very nice private inground pool. High-end kitchen and baths. State of the art laundry. Great for family vacation with lot's of common space for family time but very private bedrooms to retreat into to relax. Definitely would stay here again. Owner and caretaker very accommodating."

I will keep you in mind next time we vacation in Florida.
