Spacious private home nestled on Prospect Mountain. Views GALORE! Our comfortable home is over 2000 sq ft, & offers over 1300 sq ft of deck. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer their own outside access. Main floor features living area, with gas fireplace, 42' HD TV/DVD, and breathtaking views. Kitchen, fully equipped, table for 6 and a bar seating area. Also a desk for your laptop, work area, free wireless Internet and free long distance. Laundry area with washer/dryer. Main floor bedrooms include a king aspen log bed & furnishings, sitting area, and views of Lake Estes & Mt. Olympus. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, & outside access to the private treed side of the home. Bath is pine cone decor with log vanity/mirror & tub/shower. Our 2nd floor offers 1 room with a queen aspen log bed, sitting area, TV/DVD, & private balcony with mountain range views. 2nd bedroom has a king & full bed, TV/DVD, French doors open to the largest deck, & 2 chairs. Our family stayed at the house as a present to our parents for their 40th Anniversary. Seven adults and three children in total. We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and the owners were easy to work with. We've talked about going back ever since we left.

Great time over Spring Break

My wife and I just paid off all of our school loans and our completely debt free except for our house. We wanted to spend a week in Estes Park and RMNP celebrating this moment. This house was exceptional. The views breath taking and the location awesome. We were just a few minutes away from almost anything we wanted to do. We did some hiking, snowshoeing, shopping, and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this house and we would love to come back. The description of the house was very accurate. It had everything we needed for a great week of celebration.

great vacation home!!

a beautiful home away from home, with everything you would need. The home is very private, with the views unbelievable. You are only minutes from downtown and the Rocky National Park. We also enjoy the wild life when we are there-elk, deer and sheep. The home is very clean and well maintained. The hot tub and decks are very private and again the views are great. We also enjoy the town of Estes with all of their activities,restaurants and music. The river walk is very fun also. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful View

The last two years we have stayed at Estes Mountain Home. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains. We found the view from our bedroom balcony breath taking. The home is immaculate and well decorated.It provides the convenience of home but yet, the feel of a mountain cabin. The large kitchen supplied ample space for cooking and eating. The hot tub on one of the decks was especially relaxing at the end of a day. We enjoyed touring through Rocky National Park, visiting the Estes Museum and the many quaint shops in downtown Estes. We have enjoyed our stay at Estes Mountain Home the last two years and eagerly await our trip and stay there next year. What a lovely place for a family gathering. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.

Our experience at the Estes Mounain Home

Growing up in Colorado we have made many trips to Estes Park. We would have to say that our experience in this home was the best we have encountered. We were amazed at how clean it was. The views were terrific. Wildlife is abundant around you to enjoy. Being private individuals...we relaxed in the hot tub at any time of the day...without concern about neighbors...due to the location of the House and tub. The tub was clean and not too many chemicals used....so it didn't bother our skin. It was quiet and enjoyable. The kitchen was well supplied (even some unopened extra condiments left behind by others)....we had all the spices we needed to prepare our dinners. The charming bedrooms were, indeed comfortable too!! and again....the view from the upstairs bedroom was wonderful. Everything is close. Shopping, hiking, eating etc...... Certainly not lacking in outdoor activities. The brochure on the table is an excellent way to find your way around Estes. While booking our trip....Linda( and all the people) we spoke to were down to earth and truly concerned about making your stay a great one. We will be back to visit Estes and plan on staying here....feels just like home. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to feel at home and welcomed.
