This is a private park like setting on 10 gorgeous acres with beautiful views all around. we are only 3 miles from High Springs. LocatedJust 1 1/2 mile from Sante Fe River. Only 18 minutes from Ginny Springs, Blue Spring Park, Ichetucknee tubeing. It is a nature lovers paradise. We are approximately 25 minutes from Gainesville Florida & Shands Hospital and the University of Fla. We are 2 1/2 hours from Disney World, 5 minutes from Historic High Springs and only minutes from 11 springs where people come from all over the world to go diving, canoing, kayaking & tubing. Includes satellite T.V. central air & heat, out side barbecue, washer & dryer. As a former recreation director I have prepared an activity manual with maps, information and phone numbers so that you will have a real unique Florida Country experience and know exactly what this beautiful area at High Springs has to offer. Though you have your privacy we are aprox 250 feet away to help out when you need assistance

20minutes from Gainesville, 3 1/2 miles from High Springs, 12 minutes from Ginny Springs.Just 8-10 minutes from I-75, 2 1/2 hours from Disney World, . Lots of antiques and Artist Shops,cave diving, canoeing, tubing, horseback riding. A great place just to relax and enjoy nature. One of the few places you can sit around a camp fire when no dry spell is in effect. Listen to the Hoot Owls at night, watch the deer, cardinals & hummingbird, walk beneath the Grand Daddy Oaks, Magnolia and Spanish Moss. A very unique Florida experience. For more photos and information see our website. NO Smoking, small dog permitted not over 20 lbs. Hold Harmless agreement, no top burners on oven to avoid fire, electric skillet is provided. Owner needs 24 hour notice to prepare site for campfires when no dry spell in effect. . No room service, washer & dryer on premise

Notes: There are no top burners on stove top to avoid fires, instead a nice temperature control electric skillet to fry in is provided. To boil water is an electric pot and also a microwave. A full oven is also offered and a standard size refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker.This is a lovely single wide mobile home with country comforts for a weary traveler, perfect for quiet retirees. A small dog is allowed if not over 20 lbs. and must be on a leash outside at all times. There is a small area fenced in for a small dog only. There is a seperate phone in each bedroom available for local calls only. Most cell phones work here. Central air and heat.

Unique country experience minutes to Gainesville: As a former recreation director we can direct you to the local sites, springs & restaurants. We provide maps to keep you busy for a fun country get-away. Located aprox.20 minutes from Gainesville near High Springs and only 4 minutes from Sante Fe River. A country retreat on 10 acres. Sit out on the covered swing right outside your door and lookout over to the next hill. Throw a steak on the gas grill or take a walk and check out our floating boulder that 2 trees are lifting. Watch the deer, sit around a bon fire at nite and listen to the hootowls. You won't be bored, check out all the neat places to visit within a short drive. Also a great place to stay if you are a diver, we are on 3 1/2 miles from High Springs. Also a great place to stay if visiting students at college, or If you just want to get away from it all this is the place to be. Spring time here is awesome and even the winter looks like Spring because of the emerald green Rye Grass and Camilias.

This cabin rental is a favorite of the cave divers. We have a drying rack for diver's wet suits. We are a 15-20 minute drive to Ginnie Springs, only 5 minutes from High Springs and shopping.

The cabin is spacious, clean, well equipped and located in a beautiful quiet woodland close to the springs. It is a lovely place to stay when visiting this area. The owners were very helpful and provided us with all that we needed.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I and another couple stayed at this beautiful property a week ago and I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. The property was very clean and the owners could not have been anymore accomodating than they were. I would choose to stay here over a hotel any day!!! I highly recommend visiting their ranch!!
