Welcome to Unit 112 at Sandcastles Resort! Spacious, 1,300 sq. foot, ground level unit right on the beach! Exceptional complex and unit amenities! Wireless Internet, 42' plasma. It's a 2 BR, 2 BA unit with a walkout patio and yard; it is on the beach and has an ocean view. The master bedroom has a new, very comfortable, king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen and a twin. New tiled floor was added, along with new stainless steel appliances, a 42' plasma TV, free wireless Internet and free long distance calling! It is also the 3rd closest unit of all the Sandcastles units to the beach! Without having to worry about elevators, you are only 30 steps to the sand (10 being on a nice wooden boardwalk). Great place to spend any amount of time! Gated pool & hot tub as well as private access to the white sand beaches! Less than an hour from the Kennedy Space Centre and Orlando Airport. Cocoa Beach boasts great golf courses, restaurants

My husband, daughter and parents stayed in this condo and enjoyed it immensely. Only steps from the beach, with all the beach items you need, we really enjoyed ourselves. The unit is very up-to-date and comfortable. Clean and affordable. The owner was very easy to work with. Less than an hour from Disney World and very near Cape Canaveral. We even saw a shuttle launch. Could have seen it from the beach but drove a few miles closer. We give this place a very high recommendation and plan on staying there again. If you stay there, check out the journal as it was very helpful to read past guests hints and comments on store and shopping locations as well as times to see crabs on the beach, etc. By the way, the beach is beautiful and the waves were excellent for boogie boards or surfing. Lots of shells.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
