This wonderful 2091 sq. ft. single story home is located in the quiet Mission Park community on US Highway 27, no more than 10 miles from Disney. Close to all local amenities, easy access to all major theme parks and the I-4. Excellently located for all attractions. Shopping nearby, including WalMart, WinnDixie and Lowe's. There are over 20 golf courses within a half-hour radius. Fabulous open & spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home. Quiet and gated community. Over-sized pool. Games room with pool table, darts and air hockey. Free high-speed internet access. Master bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet area. 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV. Bedroom 3 is a well appointed twin bedroom and has a CD Stereo. Bedroom 4 is a nicely furnished twin room. 2 separate lounge areas, 1 with cable TV, DVD player and PlayStation 2. Golf: There are numerous great golf courses nearby. To highlight a few - The Legends golf course is one of the finest accomplishments of famous course designer Lloyd Clifton and is 10 minutes away. The Mystic Dunes golf course, located 15 minutes from the Villa, was designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Lead Golf Analyst Gary Koch with Greens reminiscent of Augusta National is definitely a must-play course. Celebration Golf Course, designed by the renowned father-son team of Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Jr. is another gem, only located 20 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay in Florida, early April 2009.
The house was lovely, we were 15 mins from Disney, closer to shopping, great discount shopping in Clermont.
Grocery stores nearby.Safe, friendly neighbourhood.
The pool was wonderul, well maintained .
The house was clean, well stocked.
We barbequed many times for supper. We went to Florida to relax and enjoy the sunshine, we couldn't have picked a better place. However our neighbours, ( vacationers) were gone everday with their families . So it is the perfect location to decide how you want to spend your time.

Beautifully Furnished Outstanding Value

Communication with the owners and the rental process couldn't have been any easier. Upon arrival to the property it was immediately obvious that the owners cared about our experience and the impression that it would leave on our family. The decor is tastfully coordinated, the kitchen fully equipped and the home clean and relaxing. The house easily accommodates a large family and is convieniently located for easy access to area atttactions.

My wife and I had a great time at your home. I just wish our vacation had been longer. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We made a very goog choice staying on this house.

My husband and I enjoyed a short weekend at this wonderful villa while we attended a wedding in the area. It was very welcoming and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a relaxing atmosphere.
