Mirage Crossing is a gated community located in North Scottsdale, just off Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea Blvd. First floor condo located right next to the heated pool, hot tub, exercise room and gas grills. Back door/patio faces the greenbelt which gives you quick access to the pool and a beautiful view to look at. Fully Furnished, new paint and carpet throughout, approx 1500 sq ft. Living/Dining Rm: Sofa, loveseat, chair, fireplace, basic cable TV and DVD player. Adjoining dining rm seats 4 with an additional 2 stools at counter. Kitchen: Electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, hand mixer and utensils. Master Bedroom: Queen bed, chest, basic cable TV Adjoining bathroom (shower no tub) and large walk in closet. 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, desk, chest and basic cable TV. Den: Futon which makes into a double bed, basic cable TV 2nd Full Bath Laundry Room: Full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
