    Your choice of units in this vacation rental home accommodates one, two, or up to six people comfortably. (The main house and master suite are available together or separately).

    * Four night minimum (shorter stays accepted on space available basis).
    * Christmas Holiday (12/15-1/7) all monies due 60 days prior.
    * Rates may be changed without notice
    * Check-in time 3 p.m., check-out 10 a.m.
  • Reservation Deposit:
    Deposit in the amount of $500 is required to secure reservation. $1000. for entire house.
    * Reservations not secured by a deposit within 7 days may be cancelled.
    * Balance including taxes for entire period reserved is due 45 days before arrival (60 days Christmas/new years) or reservation is considered cancelled.

Moloa'a Beach is very tranquil and away from the bustle of Kapa'a town, despite there being 8-10 homes on the beach. The property was amazingly clean and the owner, who met us on our arrival, obviously takes great pride in it and in keeping it nice. We stayed in the master suite which has one large room with kitchen, bed, and eating area; full bath; half bath; and small private room. Marble floors throughout. The flat roof offers a huge lanai. From this location we were able to visit attractions and restaurants on the north, east, and south sides of the island, rarely having to drive more than 1/2 hour. Plan on rising early; there are no treatments on the east window that face the bed and give a spectacular view of the beach. Also, we didn't need it, but to run the portable a/c was an extra $15 per night. Good snorkeling is to be had just steps from the door. For a snorkeling excursion, use Kauai Sea Riders--Capt Tara has the best spot to see sea turtles. Eat at Mermaids Cafe, a streetside place in Kapa'a--fantastic tuna on focaccia. Take at least a day at Waimea Canyon.
