Three bedrooms have queen beds, the other two bedrooms have twin beds, and the loft has a full size futon bed.

Notes: This estate boasts a well lit professionally landscaped surroundings with plenty of parking around the large circular paved driveway. The front of the house is anchored by a large palm tree while the backyard and flagstone patio is graciously protected from the sun by an enormous ,sprawling California Valley oak tree. The patio is complete with gas grille, Adirondack and Sky chairs, dining table with chairs and umbrella, Screened gazebo , and outside speakers. The patio area opens onto a delightful shaded area under the large Valley oak tree. Adjacent to the patio area, there is a small redwood grove complete with a Maine CedarWorks swingset/play structure. Off the patio, you can enter into the fenced kidney shaped pool area. This area has Adirondack chairs, recliners, market umbrella and shaded dining area.

Rustic but comfortable

The home is a little bit more rustic and not quite as luxurious as we had hoped for. A bit too many "personal" items, photos, etc. for us personally. With that said, the grounds are beautiful and private. Plenty of space and great location! The outdoor area and gardens certainly make up for any shortcomings on the interior. The owner is a pleasure to work with.

What a wonderful place! We rented this
home for a family reunion, and found it
has everything--very beautiful, a
private setting, pool, hot tub, and
very comfortably furnished. We chose
Sonoma beacuse there are so many local
attractions, but the house was so great
that we wanted just to hang out
poolside. Very relaxed and user-
friendly. The kids loved it, complete
with musical instruments and art
supplies. Tasteful, cozy, spacious and
EXCELLENT! Top recommendation.
