Recently renovated, Cape Cod home with fenced-in backyard and deck on a quiet dead end street off of Maravista. There are two living rooms, each with cable TV, one upstairs and one down. WiFi broadband is provided. You are close to Bristol Beach, downtown Falmouth, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Only 1/10 mile to Great Bay Beach and boat ramp and 1 mile to Bristol Beach and Vineyard Sound. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning downstairs, ceiling fan in upstairs living room, outdoor shower.

House is located on a quiet dead-end street 1/10 mile from salt water bay. We are located on a peninsula bounded by Great Bay on one side and Little Pond on the other. At the end of the peninsula is Vineyard Sound and Bristol Beach (1 mile from house).
