The condo is FULLY equipped with ALL necessary kitchen and dinning items and bed and bath linens. The Master Suite has a Queen size bed, the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, the living room couch converts into a single bed and there is a queen size raised air mattress. In addition the condo has a crib, cable TV with DVD and VCR, a music system, Free telephone for local and incoming calls, Air Conditioning, Washer and Dryer, and 2 Elevators. Guests have the use of 2 pools (1 next to the building), beach with picnic area, children's playground, tennis courts, boat ramp and parking. FREE wireless Internet connection. Enjoy views of spectacular Keys' sunsets from the balcony of this luxurious top floor condo. It is in a modern tower building in the beautifully landscaped gated community of Kawama Yacht Club, on the Atlantic Ocean in Key Largo. Condo's location was better than we expected from maps and pictures. Wiev to inside lake was beautifull. I'd like also about boats around area.
Customer service was excellent, and we found material very usefull. We got also very good piece of information from owner of condo.
Very good place to book different activities e.g snorkeling in Pennecamp, fishing, tennis or just lay down on the pool or own beach.
Restaurants we liked most Snapper and Lighthouse (in walking distance).
We like to recommend this place. Just our big boys were hoping some more evening activities.

Thanks George. We had a great time at your place just before Christmas 2008. Weather was perfect every day. I slept great and enjoyed diving and watching bowl games in the Keys. Great idea on the book exchange also. Some interesting selections. Sue the property manager was fantastic. She really made the beginning of our stay enjoyable. We dove with Conch Republic Divers for two days and Rainbow Reef Dive Centers one day. Both operations were terrific. Better facilities at Conch Republic but Rainbow Reef was great because they also had a nice large boat and are very close to your condo. Can't wait to go back.

Great sunset views from the balcony.

Very spacious clean modern condo with room for two couples and several children. Wonderful pool area, playground for kids, fish feeding and walk to views of the ocean.

Good location to enjoy all the Keys have to offer. Good restaurants are close by, many with sunset views. Access to deap sea fishing is available in the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
