This fabulous direct ocean and beachfront 8th floor condominium is located on the beautiful sandy beach of North Hutchinson Island, Florida's Treasure Coast. Enjoy watching and listening to the waves crashing on the beach below. This unit has been recently upgraded, remodeled, and painted. It boasts fabulous and quaint New England style furnishings with new appliances, ceramic tile in the kitchen, living room & baths, new carpeting in bedrooms, comfortable beds, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD, DSL internet, washer/ dryer. The master bedroom touts a wonderful pine bedroom set with a very comfy king size bed and has a fantastic views of the ocean (see photo) and a separate TV. The second bedroom is decorated in terrific white wicker with a queen-size bed. The comfortable living room has a pullout sofa and walk-out balcony, furnished with a table and chairs and breathtaking views of the sunrise over the water. No Smoking No Pets

Located just minutes from Vero Beach (~12 miles) and West Palm Beach (just over an hour), and Disney World (about 90 minutes). Great restaurants abound on the waterfront and throughout the area. Beautiful golf courses including 2 PGA courses are located just minutes away. The NY Mets spring training is in Port St Lucie, just 20 minutes away. The area is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, sightseeing, or just relaxing on your balcony or on the beach.
