The Great Escape is a very spacious, immaculate, three bedrooms, three full baths, private home with central air. It is decorated in a relaxing, classy-tropical decor. The home will accommodate up to eight guests. No smoking or pets are allowed.
The great room includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with a large table, and living room with plenty of seating for watching your favorite programs and sports on the 32-inch satellite TV. Wireless Internet is provided (so don't forget to bring your computer). Three sliding glass doors lead out onto a large screened-in porch with comfortable patio furniture for relaxing, eating, reading, or napping on the chaise lounge. Most likely, you will enjoy eating all your meals and watching TV from out there.
The master and guest bedrooms on the upper floor both have king-size beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and the guest bedroom has a shared adjoining bathroom. All linens and towels are provided, as well as a washer and dryer.
The lower floor bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, a full bath, and a futon for relaxing and watching TV. A small refrigerator is provided. Sliding glass doors open to the private patio that leads to the dock and canal. It is a great place to sit on a chaise lounge with your morning coffee or have an evening barbecue with friends on the picnic table. Both gas and charcoal grills are provided.
Just a few steps from the house is a concrete dock with a fish cleaning table. The tiled, stepped-down, patio area includes an outdoor shower and swim ladder. It is a great place to relax and get that beautiful Keys tan. The canal is very clean and is perfect for swimming. There is ample space to tie up your boat and it will be close and ready for you to hop aboard at a moment’s notice. Go fish, play, take a sunset cruise, or cross Pine Channel and tie up to the Parrotdise Bar and Grille dock for a waterfront happy hour and dinner.
The tropical, fenced-in yard has garden pathways and many tropical plants and trees. Under the house, there is protected parking for your vehicle. There is also room to park a boat trailer and a storage area for all of your fishing and snorkeling equipment. Also included is a chest freezer for extras (and all that fish you will be catching)!
