The House:
All our guests are very happy with the house. 1% of them had not clear number of rooms etc. upon arrival, uncertain at the beginning... they enjoyed their stay! I try to be clear:
Garden with see view, Outdoor area with veranda with tables and chairs, with direct access to the Kitchen: spacious for cooking, not for eating. On its left the Bathroom. On the right of the kitchen there is a Large room with 2 beds, wardrobe, table with 4 chairs, TV- DVD, stereo player. On the left of bathroom there is the Double room with double bed, wardrobe, little table/pool game, TV. On the side of the house Area for drying clothes and sitting on deckchair, store bikes if needed. Private Car park 10 metres from property.

Scauri / Mount of Scauri Regional Park:
Seaside town surrounded by the mountains of the Aurunci Regional Park (highest peak 1535 m high).
In Scauri the most appreciated thing by tourists is the sea side, with the 5 kms promenade within two hills.
I found a special place the Gianola and Mount of Scauri Regional Park: I have worked there as a ranger and still as a tourist every time I could find it a great place to energize, relax, enjoy wilderness and... swim in the sea.
International Folk festivals. Beer festival. Traditional feasts. Funfair. Concerts and plays at Roman theatre.
Sailing courses in Scauri. Scuba diving nearby.
The Lazio Region:
Beautiful area with wonderful beaches and pristine mountain areas.
Abruzzo, Lazio & Molise National Park at only 50 minutes by car.
A wide range of activities from sailing to hillwalking to relaxation in the Spas.
Sightseeing to medieval towns, monasteries and fishing villages.
Rome is at only 90 minutes by train & Naples 45 minutes.
The cuisine is at the highest level ranging from fresh seafood to vegetarian meals. Around Scauri places of interest range from the Spa in Suio, 20 minutes by car; Roman Archaeological site 5'; the medieval hill town of Minturno 4'; the Regional Park of Mount Aurunci, one of the biggest in Lazio region and the one claimed to have the highest mountain range closest to the sea (as high as 1535 m), 10'; the beauty of Gaeta, the largest city of the area that gives name to the Gulf 15'; the magic of Sperlonga, white town above the sea 25'; World famous abbey of Monte Cassino 30); the World Heritage Site Reggia (royal palace of) di Caserta 30'.
