Our home is family owned and has been well cared for many years. We take pride in our home offering a clean and safe environment for your travel needs. We are located in the College Park, Winter Park, and Orlando area. If you like the quaint settings of a small town feel with fine dining, shops, spas, or a good round of golf then this is what you’ll find very close to our home, along with all the local attractions, and great beaches that Florida is known for. Looking for a home close to Florida Hospital (distance .09 tens of a mile). If you have a special request it must be made at time of rental. We will do our best to meet these prior to your arrival.

Notes: There is an attached carport for the off-street parking. The Florida Hospital is .09 tens of a mile from this home. A public pool is within two blocks of this location; open, weather permitting. Kitchen details: The refrigerator is a side by side with exterior crushed ice/water dispenser, with a child safety feature (new in 2007). The stove top is all glass, with four cooking elements and a center warming element (new in 2007). The patio is private with ample seating for outside dining or entertaining, or sunbathing. Located within two blocks walking distance is a public playground, also great golfing less than 1/2 mile. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be at least 25 years old. Smoking may be permitted outside in garden areas only.

Dining & Living Area Details: We have a separate dining room that will accommodate 8 with additional seating if needed. We have even catered to the young traveler with a nice room offering them their own TV with a Play Station 2, and several games to choose from. There is a toy box full of great things from coloring books to out door sunglasses that is sure to entertain them during their stay. In the main living area there are separate area's for gathering or just to kick back with a good book or enjoy some sports in front of a large screen TV. No land line phone, you will need to bring your own cell phone.

Seperate Laundry Room: We also offer a wonderful outdoor area for your evening enjoyment. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. In the laundry room there is a retractable laundry line, fire extinguisher, iron & board, with cleaning supplies if needed.
