Privacy and convenience in one unique package so close to everything. Short walk to the sand or downtown shopping. Updated with new furniture, 46' big screen HDTV and wireless Internet. A/C. TV with DVD/VCR in every bedroom. Large living room and great room ideal for gathering and entertaining. Large eat-in kitchen. 2 refrigerators, one is huge commercial fridge, plenty of room for all of your cold beverages. Private deck overlooks the water. Sleeps 13 with 5 bedrooms (5th bedroom has sleep sofa), 3.5 baths, plus parking for 5 cars in the huge garage. The master bedroom features a queen bed, large private bath with separate bath and shower, twin sinks and TV. This bedroom also has a fantastic adjoining sitting room with a bank of windows overlooking the water. This is the house for your family vacation

Bethany Beach is a quiet, family beach resort on the Atlantic Ocean in southern Delaware. it is an oasis for those seeking a small town, low stress beach vacation away from the commercialization of larger nearby resorts like the Jersey shore, Ocean City MD and Rehoboth Beach DE, while still providing excellent dining and entertainment options within a short distance. Many world class golf courses are available nearby, as well as boating, water sports, deep sea, bay and surf fishing, waverunners, parasailing and much more. Bethany Beach truly offers it all, in a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. The home is located east of Del. Route 1, so there is no highway to cross to walk to the beach. It is located on a private lane directly on the Bethany Loop Canal, a calm tidal body of water that attracts herons, ducks, geese, and other wildlife. The closest cross streets are Central Boulevard to the south, and Second Street to the north. The beach is 2 blocks to the east.
