A few steps to a private beach, this is a perfect vacation spot for a family or a romantic escape. A well maintained two story house (sleeps 7)-- upper level has 2 full sized bedrooms and a bathroom plus a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and a deck overlooking the beach and ocean. The lower level has a large bedroom and a beautiful bathroom, plus a large sitting area with TV/DVD. computer, printer, Linen and towels are provided, as well as Internet and cable TV .

A great place to stay

My family enjoyed this home very much. The view out the back from the living room and kitchen is breathtaking. The property is very clean, and we were surprised by all of the "extras" that made it a home away from home - any cooking pot, pan, utensil, etc. we could need was already here. The computer with Internet access was a nice touch, but the true surprise was to find paper in the printer. We regularly looked up attractions and then printed directions - very convenient. Nothing has been overlooked in decor or provision - this was a wonderful week for us.

Everything we hoped for

My family rented this property for a week early this summer, and it really was perfect for us. Plenty of room, incredibly well stocked (everything from spices in the kitchen, to a spare gas tank for the grill), and the location was wonderful. Unfortunately, it was cool and rainy during our entire stay (that's Cape Cod for ya), but who cared, as long as we could watch the tides move through the marsh through our bedroom window in the morning, or walk along the beach (just steps down from the deck) between rain showers in the afternoon. The beach was little rocky, but that didn't keep the kids from swimming. Great location for supplies too, without feeling like you are in a tourist trap - Stop n Shop was about a 10 minute drive, as was Joe's Lobster & Fish Mart, where we bought the absolute best fresh lobster we've ever tasted. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.
