Sunset Ridge Escape can accommodate your small or large group ( up to 18+ people ). There are multiple indoor, and outdoor, living areas that will allow your large group to socialize without feeling crowded. The house is completely furnished, just bring your food, clothes, and drink. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a game room with pool table, Hot tub, Fire pits, and lots of rock patios.The property is over 12 acres of secluded hill country beauty, covered with cedar trees, oak trees, cactus, and native plants. They provide a secluded retreat for your large or small group.

We are located just 2.5 miles from downtown Wimberley, just off of the highjly desirable Flite Acres area. We are just 25 minutes from Austin, one hour from San Antoniuo River walk, just 20 minutes to the outlet malls in New Braunfels and tubing. We are a three minute walk to public access to the Blanco River.

Main House: The main house has 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. The covered front porch allows for fantastic views of the local valley and Mountains, Large kitchen is open to living room, and dining room, making it great for entertaining large groups. There is a 8' farm table that seats 10+. The sun room on the back is perfect for your morning coffee, or afternoon nap. There is a computer for guest use, along with free high speed internet, and a wireless network. There is HDTV in the living room, and TVs in every bedroom, some with DVD.

Casita ('little house'): The Casita is set just off to the side off the main house. It has a large game room with pool table, and a wet bar, along with seating and a TV. There are double french doors leading out to a 40' x 14' covered rock patio, with great views. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, and a private bath with stand up shower, large enough for two people. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, and a large window to enjoy the view. There is also a hall bath with a whirlpool tub.

Outdoor Living Area: There is a large hot tub on an elevated deck, giving you great views of the valley and mountains. There is a large elevated observation deck allowing great views for everyone. There is over 1200 square feet of rock patios and walkways. There is a fire pit near the Casita, that allows you to enjoy the warmth of a fire, while you look at all of the stars. There is a 2nd fire pit down a short walk to the seasonal creek, along with a hammock and some comfortable chairs.

I have stayed on this property a number of times and can say that the views are spectacular. Take some friends and head down to the park area with the hammock some night. It's quite the experience.

A beautiful place to stay. Has everything you need right there. Accomodations are lovely with plenty of room to spread out. Can't wait to come back again!
