Photos and Description of this Spring Hill holiday house Detached House - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6)

Accommodation: 3 bedroom, 2 bath Villa with pool. This beautiful home is fully air conditioned and has a two car side entrance garage, covered lanai for al-fresco dining/barbecue, with table and chairs and four sun loungers on the large secluded sunbathing deck. The screened pool is 28’ x14’ (heating available) with child safety fence. The master and second bedroom are equipped with King (UK Queen) and Queen (UK King) size beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite with tub and shower/watercloset. Both rooms have cable LCD TVs and DVDs. The third bedroom has two single/twin beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are serviced by a second bathroom which also has a tub, shower/watercloset and an interconnecting door to the pool area enabling easy access from the poolside to the watercloset and shower.

Situated in a quiet residential area this new (2006) house is only 10 minutes from the lovely (child friendly) beach at Pine Island and 5 minutes from the natural spring fed Water Park and naturalist area of Weeki Wachee. Ideal as a getaway for a peaceful break on Florida’s Nature Coast or for day trips to the theme parks.

Separate formal dining and breakfasting (Nook) areas are complimented by a fully equipped kitchen with extensive crockery/utensils, granite worktops (as per bathrooms) with dishwasher/range/microwave/fridge-freezer with ice making facilities. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. A babies cot is provided as are all towels and linen, in fact, all you need to bring is yourselves!

We stayed here before our wedding on the beach. This is an excellent villa. The home and the pool was very clean. The owner communicated with us extremely well. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend, and would love to return in the future!
