Ocean view. Overlooking beautiful Departure Bay and Newcastle Island with views across Georgia Strait to the Vancouver north shore mountains. Close to everything. Ferries to Vancouver 5 mins away, shopping 3 mins away. Close to Nanaimos popular seawall walk lined with parks, restaurants, boat rentals and cruise ship harbor. Nanaimo offers something for everyone. There is hiking, swimming, camping, golf, horseback riding, cycling all within easy reach. Our location on the Island is central, and is ideally situated for touring the Island's many attractions. Victoria is 90 mins south with its numerous tourist attractions and the west island with its famous long beach, Tofino and Uclulet. The north Island, too, is easily accessible via the Island Highway for more rugged outdoor adventures like whale watching and grizzly bear tours.
