Bedrooms are located at ground and first level; the one bedroom at ground level has a queen bed and could be convenient for those with restricted mobility. The two master bedrooms, located on the first floor have king beds beside the two remaining bedrooms which each have twin beds There is a large well equipped kitchen which can supply 3 dinning areas – one outdoors beside the swimming pool and two inside (breakfast nook and dinning room)

The balcony, swimming pool/spa and relaxation area are south facing, offering all day Floridian sunshine. Enhanced by the home’s elevated site, the balcony offers a sense of calm and space to enjoy true ‘southern comfort’. The family room houses a five and a half foot HD TV screen with DVD – just like ‘the movies’ at home. However, all 5 bedrooms are equipped with T.V.’s and some have DVD’s in order to accommodate everybody’s taste in entertainment.

Free and unlimited international and national calls and wireless internet means you can keep up to date with business, friends, news, gossip, etc. Within the community there is a Children’s play area with swimming pool and changing facilities offering older children time away to play. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOUSE

We rented this home for the Thanksgiving holidays and it was everything the owner said it would be. The home is very spacious. Me and my husband had the large master suite and it was awesome. I would without hesitation rent this house over and over again. Nice neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly.

If you are looking for a relaxing trip to Disney....This is the place to stay. Clean, affordable, easily accessable, quiet neighbourhood, spacious. A lovely place to just kick back and relax after your long day at the parks! I would recommend this house to anyone. It truely is like "being at home...Away from home"

Wonderful Experience

My family stayed in this wonderful home for a week in September. The home was exceptionally clean and wonderfully furnished. The living room had a huge projection television and very comfortable furnishings. All the bedrooms were very spacious and luxurious. The neigerborhhod was extremely quiet, yet in very close proximity to all major shopping locations. Disney and Seaworld were only a fifteen to twenty minute drive and very convenient if you wanted to come back to the home during the day to take a break. The pool area is located directly off of the living room and we requested it to be heated during our stay. It was wonderful. Both the owner and rental agency were very prompt in responding to our needs and questions. Check in was simple even though we arrived after office hours. All in all we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this home to anyone who wanted privacy, a great location and the most value for your money.

Very well furnished accomodation with all modern amenities. It was as specified in the website. Well maintained and sparkling clean.
Check in process was smooth and easy to follow. Customer service was very helpful in providing information as we needed.
Location of the property is very convevient and close to the Disneys and other attractions and close to restaurants.
Five star accomodation at a very affordable price.
It was a real enjoyable stay.
