Can't Beat the Price and Location !

Safe, secure, private, and great location.
This property is more of a detached condo, townhouse with plenty of room for 6 people.
Very clean and quiet with easy access to the Vegas strip.
Basic needs supplied by the owner: soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee maker, etc. Any additional needs you will have to supply yourself.
You can't beat the price for what you get !
If you are on a budget this is the place for you. We come in every year for a trade show and this porperty is so relaxing without all the hussle and bussle of the Vegas strip.
Nearby are some great parks, golf courses, and plenty of restaurants and shopping.
