This cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath house, with OUTDOOR HOT TUB, deck with grill, swimming pool, children playground, basketball court right in the back of the house and huge entertainment room with pool table, darts, air hockey table, 46 inch plasma tv, couch, bar was built summer of 2007 and it is a great escape and a perfect place to relax and have fun with friends and/or family. House is situated in a gated community with access to pools, lakes, softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocci courts, playgrounds and club houses. House is minutes from all major attractions including Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Shawnee, Camelbeach water park, Great Wolf Lodge indoor waterpark and Alpine ski resorts, as well as horseback riding, fishing/canoeing, golf courses, antique shopping, and shopping at the Crossings Outlets. New Fence has been added, parents can relax in peace while the children and pets enjoy the outdoor without being able to run anywhere.We Accept Pay Pal & CC!

Notes: Communal pool, children playground, baseball court are all right in the back of the house. Our outdoor hot tub is ready and waiting for you to relax and enjoy in it!!!! The house does not have air conditioner because it is not needed as the weather is full of mountain fresh air and it is very comfortable without AC. Hammock available in the backyard for afternoon siesta. The entertainment room has pool table, darts, air hockey table, bar, 46 inch plasma tv, couch and more, perfect place to have fun! The new fence has been installed so that your children and/or pets can play and parents can relax. Dears stop by sometimes with their babies and you can enjoy watching them. Smoking allowed only outside on deck, sorry, no smoking allowed in the house.

This house is AMAZING!!!IT HAS EVERYTHING ONE NEEDS! We rented this house to get away for a few days but when we arrived we were amazed on how nice this house was! It was very nice arranged, perfect for a vacation home. The house is very very nice, nice bdrs, great entertainment room (very big), the HOT TUB outside is amazing, very relaxing, the backyard is fenced and it has 2 decks, very secluded.....what can i say WE LOVED IT AND WILL BE BACK VERY VERY SOON! The owners are great--very helpful and nice, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VACATION!

me and my friend wanted a quiet get away from long island ny i posted a add on craigslist looking for a quiet getaway and got a email from the owners of this place the price is very reasonable i bet you wont find a place like this one we had the choice of staying in the 3 bed room or 4 bed room i chose the 4 bedroom i always wanted to stay in a big house the place is very clean i thought it was like staying in a new house everything in it was to my likeing its in a quiet development so its safe cause it has a guard at a gate they have a hot tub out side with a nice quiet veiw to the woods this place is close by to alot of attractions we went horseback rideing and went rafting in the delaware river i would highly recomend staying in this place as the owner is very helpful with directions and accomedated to your needs i know i will be back to stay here in the near future thanks again for letting me use your place

We stayed a long weekend in April and had a great time! The house has everything you will need as well as a lot of upgraded features. In an area where vacation rentals can most times be "shabby" this place out does them all! You will not be disapointed!

WOW WHAT A TIME WE HAD

Me & my 7 friends rented this home from 3/20-3/22 for a Romantic Getaway & we had a wonderful time. All our activities were not far from the rental. It was a blast just hanging in house our 1st night. It was so comfortable like we never left our home. Nice community no bothered us. It was very roomy & clean.

Family Fun

Relaxing getaway Berwyn, PA

We stayed for a short, relaxing weekend get away. It rained the entire time. Thank goodness for the game room! My 13 yr. old son was impressed which is not easily accomplised. We hung out, played pool, and other games. The property was clean and equipt with everything we needed. We would love to come back and stay in the future.
