Our home at the beach is a full sized, year-round ranch house in a popular community which offers swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and a fitness center. A stone's throw from Route 1 and easy walking distance to the center of town, this newly updated house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room with a dining area that comfortably seats 10, an ample screened porch with seating for 12, as well as a private deck. We have included a master suite with garden whirlpool tub for two enhanced with a sky light and a private entrance to the deck.

Inside, we provide 3 TVs with cable, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, and a CD player/stereo. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, all utensils, smoothie maker, full sized washer and dryer and off-street parking for two cars. This is a non-smoking house and we Do Not allow pets.
