Watch the sunsets from your deck, spectacular view of river. Peaceful cul-de-sac on small island, nestled in the middle of the river, leading out to Sarasota bay and the beaches. 7 minutes from world famous Siesta Beach. 1 mile from shopping center and restaurants. 1 hour from Tampa International Airport, 20 min from Sarasota Airport. Downtown Sarasota is 10 minutes away. Open floor plan with deck overlooking canal, dock, spectacular water view, royal palms, oak trees. Newly remodeled kitchen, modern appliances, granite island for dining, open to living room with tv and sliding glass door leading to furnished deck. Two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, roomy closets and glass doors leading out to private balcony overlooking the river. The second bedroom is a pretty florida room with two single beds, wicker furniture, bamboo floors, and plenty of closet space. Modern master bathroom with bath, seat and shower. Half bath downstairs. Cat/small dog OK. No smoking.
